A rigid embrace can complicate our relationships. We sometimes get stuck in structures, paradigms, in default patterns we develop, but life is fluid, like the tide. In order to meet each partner where they’re at, we need to be more elastic – in our mind, our body, on the floor, and with our "hugging" closed side arm. We need to adapt to one another. Dance like seaweed, flow like water. This workshop is designed to shift your focus from what should be to what is.
